MATCHDAY INFERENCE Zine Nº 00 · pre-launch
Nº 06 — The Small Print

PRIVACY

what we keep, and how to make us forget ↘

Short version: this is a one-person project, not a data business. We collect the minimum to staple your zine and email it to you. We don't sell anything, and you can be erased on request.

Nº 01 — What We Collect

The things you hand us

When you sign up, you give us exactly what the form asks for — nothing is gathered behind your back:

Email

So we can deliver your daily issue. Required.

Name / what to call you

Printed on your issue. Required.

Teams & tactical lens

The whole point — they shape what gets written. Required.

Issue length

How much zine you want each morning. Required.

City & "wildcard" note

Optional color you choose to share so the writing can lean personal. Leave them blank and nothing is assumed.

Nº 02 — Automatic Bits

The things your browser leaks

Like most sites, this one uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages get read. That involves cookies and standard web telemetry (rough location, device, referring link). It's aggregate curiosity, not surveillance — we use it to know whether anyone's actually out there.

Your signup choices are also saved in your own browser's local storage so the form remembers them if you come back. That data lives on your device and never leaves it unless you submit the form. Clearing your browser data wipes it.

Nº 03 — Who Touches It

The hands it passes through

To run a daily email zine, a few services see the necessary slice of your data. Each has its own privacy policy:

We have never sold, rented, or traded your data, and we never will. There's no ad network here and nothing to monetize.
Nº 04 — How Long

Retention

We keep your details for as long as you're subscribed. Unsubscribe and we stop emailing you immediately; ask to be deleted and we remove your record from the database entirely.

Nº 05 — Your Move

Unsubscribe & erasure

Every issue carries an unsubscribe link. For anything more — full deletion, a copy of what we hold, or a correction — email [email protected] and it'll be handled by a human (the only kind we have).
